Power of Revocation

You may revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in writing by fax or e-mail. The period begins with the receipt of your order confirmation from Crystal Impact. In order to comply with the cancellation period it is sufficient to declare the revocation in time. This can be done informal or using our corresponding form that is available for download from

Premature Laps of the Power of Revocation

In case of a contract for the supply of digital content not located on a tangible medium the right of revocation expires when the online retailer has started the execution of the contract. The execution of the contract is finalized when Crystal Impact has performed the electronic delivery of the digital content, i.e. sent the software license by e-mail.

With your signature you confirm that you have agreed to the execution of the contract, and that you have taken note that through your approval you will lose your right of withdrawal when Crystal Impact starts the execution of the contract.
