As soon as we have received your order and payment we will check them and send you a order confirmation afterwards, thus concluding the contract.

Afterwards, we will send your license by e-mail as soon as possible (normally within 1 working day). The delivery e-mail will contain the license, detailed download/installation instructions for the software as well as your receipt/invoice.

If you have chosen "payment against invoice" ("purchase order"; possible for amounts starting at 299.50 EUR), please transfer the amount within 30 days to the account given at the bottom of the invoice.
